I have never been to a boat race before. This was one of the bridge to bridge boat races. I think it is 120km long… from one bridge to another bridge (hence the name… bridge to bridge). we saw a couple of heats go by and I took some pictures while holding the shutter open...

Kiama is this little place south of Sydney where they are known for this awesome hole in the ground that shoots up ocean water when the waves come in. It really is quite impressive.

We had the pleasure of going to an Aussie Rules Sydney Swans Footy game, in ANZ Stadium at Olympic Park. It was really cool. It is kinda a cross between, rugby, basketball, american football, and soccer. We went with Mandy, Mark, David (John North’s son) and one of Davids friends.
