These are some more sunset pictures from Okarito. Lucky for us, we get many great sunsets (and I’m sure we get good sunrises as well – we’re just never up that early!) And once evening comes around, there’’s not much to do here other than walk down to the beach and take pictures.
This first two pics are actually taken from the Trig Lookout. Its a 45 minute hike from our house to the top of a hill. It has a spectacular view of the southern alps and of 3 Mile Beach.
In this pic you can see 3 Mile Lagoon. I love the yellowish color this sunset made.
The clouds look amazing!
