Good news!!! A fully functional blog (with working comments)

Colin says “Last week was a crazy week. That is the understatement of the decade. We get back from Ayers and I see there is an upgrade for my blog so i proceed to upgrade. well, bad idea. Apparently my host is not fully compatible with this update so needless to say, I killed it… all of it. nothing was working for 3 days. After many online chats with my host and a couple of restores from backups it was finally up and ready to role. And yes, I have known that my comments have not been working, but now, some how, they are miraculously working. And you can see my blog posts from before the first page. I hear those are good things to have on a blog.

So I am expecting lots of comments now.

Next, John and I are frantically trying to finish up our videos before we leave. The vids have come out really well and I hope that he will be happy with them. We have put alot of work into these, so I hope everything works out.

Also, we are helping the Norths paint and fix up their house for them to put on the market. So home-life is a bit nuts. One evening John and I stayed up till 4am in the morning installing some flooring. That seems pretty late, but it was totally worth it to have the floor installed and to set up his new 46in flat screen tv in that room. That was a very good feeling. So pretty much John and I work on videos all day and then work on the house all night. I am sure Tommie can relate to that because she just went through that process.

Oh yeah, did i mention that we are trying to get ready to move to New Zealand next week.

Good luck I say to you… I mean myself.”
