Our friend Mandy picked us up and we went to Hillsong in the morning. Church was great. After church she took us around northern Sydney. We went to brooklin were we saw some huge pelicans. I do better at pictures (photography) and video than typing. so here you go.

After living the island life for almost 6 weeks – we took our adventure to the next level…a 3day 3night sailing trip to the Great Barrier Reef (one of the seven natural wonders of the world!) So we took a greyhound bus 4 hours south to Airlie beach (with no airconditioning) to set sail. On our sailing trip we stopped at a couple very famous beaches and islands. We even got to see the #3 resort in the world!!! (the only reason it didn’t make #1 is because there isn’t a golf course.)
The reef was so incredible! The second time we went snorkeling, we were so close to the reef we could barely flap our flippers or we would touch and break the corals! We just had to float and look. How amazing!! Hope you enjoy the video and pictures!! we sure did!

The other day we got the opprotunity to take some pictures of a garden that was Lisa’s (the lady we cleaned the bungalows with) inlaws. This place was way cool and big. You can read more about it at www.myrasplace.com.au. Hope you like the pics.

We just finished our last day working at Bungalow Bay. Here are some portraits we took as a salute to a job well done.

Here’s the Deal…
I WILL BE IN THE HOBBIT!! I’m just not sure how. So, I need your help. I will be in New Zealand from June 7th 2008 to roughly June 7th 2009. Rumor has it that while we are there, they will be filming the two part movie series “The Hobbit†to be released in 2010 and 2011!! The first person to correctly tell me how and where to get into this film – will receive a free photo session when I get back to the states. Just remember – I won’t really know who wins until we (by ‘we’ I mean I) actually get into the movie! I will try each comment, starting with the first until I end up on the set of the film.

After our 3 hrs of rigorous labour today, Lisa (the cleaning lady that we work with) took us out fishing. We went to picnic bay, on the dock and fished off the end. It was really cool and we caught some cool stuff. Here is a little vid of what went down.

No vids, but some cool pictures of a sunrise and sunset we saw on the island. for this sunrise we had to get up at 4:45am and hike for 45min to the top of the “forts walk” for this fantastic view.
The rest are the sunset from a couple of days before. and yes this picture is on purpose, I just thought it was really cool.

I think we seem to attract death adders, but this time we were with the ranger from the koala village at bungalow bay… so it is O.K.
so if you are a mom, or have motherly instincts… you might not want to watch this… But it is really cool!!!
