What a fun group of kids. All family photo shoots should be this fun and relaxed. A couple of days ago… or weeks… or… a while back, we did this photo shoot down town with this very fun family. we got a little bit of everything from thugs to some photo booth style pictures (I will have to blog some of them later, they are great). Well here are the pictures.
I love this photo. It totally has father son written all over it. what a great moment.

This is the “thug” picture.

give me a pose…

the guys turn for the pose…

Just hanging out… literally.

Hope you guys love em.
Its time for my little brother-in-laws senior pictures, so naturally we got chosen. It is great to take pictures of him because it lets me experiment on different techniques and just mess around alot. With this photo shoot we started out in the evening but it was cloudy so it got pretty dark really fast. We shot some outside with natural light at first, then we busted out the flashes. We were out there for quite a while but we only got a couple good shots. We will do more later. here are some of what we shot.
This first one is my favorite

I am pretty sure he could be in a boy band with this picture.

I am finally able to blog these pictures I took of Jamie. I had to wait because I knew her… fiance… groom… boyfriend? Whatever the boy in the wedding is called. Knew who I was and that I did take the bridal pictures. We had a really good time on this shoot. We went down to Ft. Concho for a little while and then headed down town for a little night photography. Jamie was such a trooper on this shoot. She really wanted a country feel for the photographs and I think it got executed perfectly. The wedding pictures will be coming soon. So what do you think?
I loved this shot with the saddle.

I think this was my favorite shot. I just took it when she was just chillin and it made for an excellent picture.

Hope “ya’ll” liked ‘em.

the other week Tommie, Andre’a, and I went down town to do another ‘adventure in photography’. If you missed the last one it is on my old blog under heading “cam b”. This time we took pictures of this old truck that I had been eyeing for a long time. I think since I first saw it… at least 5 years or so. It was really fun and we used some off camera flashes and just hung out for a little while. Here was my first shot.

The texture overlay is actually from the door panel of the truck. I think it came out really cool.

well the blog looks a little different today. My old blogging software had something wrong with it and every time I tried to upload anything, it crashed. So I try and reinstall and still the same thing. So what is next, I try something new. I get this new web based software on my server and install it and everything. It is working great…until… I try and change the look of it. It installs and all I get is a blank page, on everything. So what is next. Reinstall the web based blogger. I do that, and unknown to me it erases my previous blogs on the new blogger. So here i am starting over… again. Luckily, I only posted 2 blogs on the new site before it is all gone. So this is my reinactment of the first blog:
My old blog died and this is the new one: you can check out the old blog at www.matchlessphotography.com/blogold
